What is your policy on children?
Little ones up to 4 years stay on complimentary basis. Little ones between the age of 4 and above are charged. Price for extra mattress for children or adults is the same as per the rate card.

Which credit cards and wallets are accepted at Vida Hotels and Resorts?
All major credit cards such as Visa, , Master card, alongwith easy paisa, Jazz cash, Ubank are accepted. Payments are also accepted via direct online fund transfers also.
Do you have any connecting rooms?

Can I rent a car whilst I am in the hotel?
Yes, the crew at travel desk can arrange for that. Please get in touch with us prior to or upon your arrival
Can I see pictures of the rooms or a specific room type?

What if I want to change or modify my original reservation?
Cancellation and modification policy is advised in the confirmation letter of your room booking. You will be able to modify / cancel the booking without charges outside the cancellation policy. Please contact Central Reservations Office on
How do I make a booking for groups and meetings?
Please contact our sales and marketing team via whatsapp or call and we would be happy to assist you with your group bookings.
What happens to my booking in case of flight cancellation or road blocks due to inclement weather?
In case of no show due to any of the natural calamity or flight cancellation etc, offto resort can help you find alternate booking dates (during the next 12 months). In case that is not acceptable, we will refund you all the advance payment within 15 days.

Please share evidence of flight cancellation and any natural causes that lead to your no show.
Is your mailing list and database secure and confidential?
Yes, our database is secure and confidential.
Do you have a Lost and Found section?
Yes , we do have. Please contact the front desk of the hotel you are staying at.
Is it possible to prepay for a booking before my client arrives?
Yes, you can pre pay your clients stay before his arrival. Please inform our Central Reservations office about your request and they will send you a link for online payment.
